Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information handled through americaroofingco.com, the America Roofing online quote form, phone numbers shown or dynamically substituted on the site, and direct website-related communications with America Roofing Company.

It does not govern a manufacturer, lender, trade organization, social network or other third-party website simply because this site links to it. It also does not replace any separate notice or agreement that may apply after someone becomes a customer, employee, applicant, vendor or business partner.

Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

The quote form can collect your property type, requested roofing service, service details, whether you want an on-site estimate, full name, phone number, email address and optional referral source. When you request an on-site estimate, it can also collect the property street address, city, Arizona designation and ZIP code. A commercial request can include a company name.

The current quote form does not accept file uploads. Please do not place Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information or other unrelated sensitive information in the free-text service-details field.

Information created through a request

America Roofing and its lead-handling systems may create records connected with your inquiry, such as submission time, routing status, follow-up notes, appointment or estimate information, and the outcome of the request. Submitting a quote request authorizes America Roofing to respond about that request by phone, email or text when appropriate. It does not enroll you in recurring promotional text messages.

Technical and visit information

The site and its service providers may process an IP address, browser and device details, operating system, referring page, landing page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, interactions, and security signals. Campaign parameters and click identifiers may also be collected, including UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID and MSCLKID when they are present in the URL.

You can clear or block cookies and browser storage through your browser. Doing so may reduce attribution accuracy, prevent a selected product from carrying into the quote form, or affect spam-prevention and form behavior.

Service providers and other disclosures

America Roofing uses a limited set of providers to run the website and handle inquiries. They receive information relevant to the service they perform and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Phone numbers on the production website may be dynamically replaced by CallRail tracking numbers. When you call one of those numbers, America Roofing and CallRail may process the caller’s phone number, call time, duration, answer status, source or campaign, landing page and other call-routing or attribution details.

Some calls are recorded and transcribed for lead handling, quality assurance, training, documentation and marketing attribution. Recording and transcription can capture what participants say during the call. If you prefer not to have a conversation recorded, say so at the beginning of the call or contact America Roofing through the quote form or email instead. Do not provide payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information during a recorded call.

Retention and security

Browser attribution data is configured to expire after no more than 90 days, although clearing your browser can remove it sooner. Quote requests, call records, customer communications and related business records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, measure performance, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
